Two Wyld Cubs Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”)

Thank you for visiting Two Wyld Cubs. Please read the following terms of use before using our site. By making a purchase at you agree to the Terms and Conditions of sale outlined below.

Two Wyld Cubs respects your privacy. Your personal details are collected for the purpose of processing and delivering orders efficiently and securely. Your details will not be shared with any third party.


By placing an order, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions.

Once your order is placed the order at that time is final and money will be deducted from your given selected account.  Changes or cancellations to the order cannot be made unless you email us directly. Should a product not be available at the time of placing your order, we reserve the right to contact you and advise you of your options. Please do not contact us via social media regarding cancellations or exchanges.

If any item ordered is not in stock at the time of dispatch to you we will contact you via email. If we do not receive a response from you we may at our discretion:

  • refund you the price of given item
  • deliver the balance of the order
  • forward given item when it comes into stock
  • supply an agreed substitute for the item

All communication will be recorded via email. We aim to have all out items in stock. If item is not in stock it will either be listed as Out of Stock or for pre-order.

We apologise in advance if an item that you have purchased becomes out of stock between purchase and dispatch or before we have a had a chance to update stock levels.


We accept Credit Card via Paypal.

Paypal – You are able to pay via Credit Card and/or bankcard which is a safe and secure option for online payments.

  • Regular Parcel Post
  • Express Post
  • Courier Service

Postage is determined by the weight and size of your order and is calculated at the checkout. We will send your package via the quickest and safest method available. Please note: We can deliver to any P O Box Address in Australia via Australia Post. Unfortunately our courier service is not be able to deliver to a P O Box address.

We pack all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding Sundays).

We send orders Monday-Saturday. If your delivery address is within the Australian Metropolitan Area, standard orders will take between 2-5 business days from the shipping notification email. Express Post orders will take 1-2 working days from the shipping notification email if you are located in the Express Post network area. Next day delivery is not guaranteed if you are located outside this network area such as outer metropolitan areas, townships/rural areas. For express post delivery network areas please visit

If your delivery address is not within the Australian metropolitan area, standard orders will take between 5-10 working days from receiving the shipping notification email.

Please note that delivery times are an approximate. Delivery times may be increased and not limited to severe weather, periods of increased use of services (eg Christmas and Easter), following public holidays and industrial strikes. If your order is urgent please contact us via email and we will try our best to assist you.

All products are described as per specifications available to use by designers or wholesalers.


Please note that some of the items we stock are made by hand. Therefore there may be:

  • not be perfectly levelled
  • discrepancies in colour
  • slight irregularity in shape, length, width

Items will not be replaced for slight irregularity.


Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if items are in new, unused/unworn/ unwashed original condition and still have swing tag and original packaging attached. You must have copy of your invoice.

Please contact us via email to arrange for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. In email please include your full name, invoice number (will we have invoice numbers) description of item and reason for return. Please do not contact us via Instagram or Facebook regarding returns please be sure to email us directly.

Two Wyld Cubs reserves the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet above listed conditions.

We do not refund, exchange or do store credits for sale items.

We do not cover cost of returns unless your items are faulty. See below for more details for faulty or damaged items.

We will not liable for any lost or damaged items being returned. We encourage you to pack items as you received them. We also advise for insurance purposes that you use registered mail and record tracking number.

Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We may offer promotions when consent given by original designers. These promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
