Can I return my order?

We hope you love what you have bought from our store. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if items are in new, unused/unworn/ unwashed original condition and still have swing tag and original packaging attached. You must have copy of your invoice.

Please contact us via email contact@twowyldcubs.com.au to arrange for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. In email please include your full name, invoice number description of item and reason for return. Please do not contact us via Instagram or Facebook regarding returns please be sure to email us directly.

Two Wyld Cubs reserves the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet above listed conditions.

We do not refund, exchange or do store credits for sale items.

Do I have to Pay to Return my order?

Yes, Two Wyld Cubs do not cover cost of returns unless your items are faulty. See below for more details for faulty or damaged items.

We will not liable for any lost or damaged items being returned. We encourage you to pack items as you received them. We also advise for insurance purposes that you use registered mail and record tracking number.

We do not refund, exchange or store credits for sale items.

Can I return my order if the items are faulty or damaged?

Yes, please check all items on receiving and if items are damaged or appear to be faulty please make contact within 48 hours of receiving your package via email contact@twowyldcubs.com.au. In email please include your full name, description of item, invoice number and where possible a picture. Please do not contact us via Instagram or Facebook regarding damaged goods please be sure to email us directly.

We will either refund in full or exchange the same product for another new one, subject to availability. If item is no longer in stock we are happy to contact designer to see if we can order you a replacement. Or if you would prefer we are happy for you to exchange for another item that is of equal value.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns (including faulty or damaged products) after 14 days of receipt.

When will my return be processed?

If your returned items are in their original condition with tags on and in their original packaging, we will process your exchange or store credit within 3-5 working days. On completion we will send you an email. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show into your bank account.
